I’m trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy, and neuroleadership coaching. I use a structured three-step approach that draws on principles from neuroscience and hypnotherapy to help clients shift perspectives, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

Together, we’ll identify patterns that aren’t serving you, develop practical strategies, and support you to take consistent steps toward a more fulfilling life. How I can help you live a more fulfilling life

A few years ago, I found myself in a difficult place. A relationship was ending, there was career uncertainty, and losing my home during the Covid-19 lockdown. It was a turning point that forced me to reflect deeply on my life. With support, self-reflection, and commitment to change, I rebuilt my wellbeing through exercise, meditation, journaling, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), and ongoing personal growth. My mantra became: “Doing the work works.”

That journey inspired me to launch Mindshiftr, a practice dedicated to personal growth and mindset coaching.

Helping people has always been at the heart of my work. From my early days as a Neuroleadership Coach in 2011, to training in Rapid Transformational Therapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, and massage therapy, I’ve built a holistic toolkit that focuses on supporting people in mind, body, and spirit.

Many clients come to me when they feel stuck, unmotivated, or looking for new ways to move forward. Together, we explore limiting beliefs and patterns, and develop strategies to support confidence, clarity, and personal transformation.
