  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
    RTT combines elements of hypnotherapy and other therapeutic frameworks to explore subconscious beliefs and stories that can influence behaviour. Sessions aim to increase insight and support new, more helpful responses. Experiences vary from person to person.

    Re-Emergence (RET)
    A guided personal-development process that uses imagery, timeline exploration, and parts-based work to help you let go of patterns that no longer serve you. The focus is on creating a relaxed, reflective state where you can reconnect with your core values and move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Neuroleadership Coaching
    Coaching informed by neuroscience research and models of behaviour change. You’ll learn practical tools for attention, emotional regulation, decision-making, and resilience—skills you can apply in both personal and professional contexts.

  • Healing Vortex & Command Cell Therapy (Optional Modalities)
    These are optional hypnotherapy-style visualisation exercises used by some clients as metaphors for relaxation, focus, and wellbeing. They are not medical treatments, do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions, and are best thought of as guided mental rehearsal and imagery to support your personal growth work.
