Mindshiftr QuickShift $450NZD + GST

A focused hypno-coaching session to explore unhelpful patterns and practise new responses. We may use hypnotic guidance, neuro-associative conditioning, and structured reflection to support clarity and momentum. Also available as any standalone session that appears in the Breakthrough package.

Mindshiftr Empowered Nourishment (Group and Individual packages) $150NZD + GST per week group (individual packages available)

A 12-week programme to build a healthier relationship with food and daily. Combines RTT- style hypnotherapy elements and neuro-associative techniques with practical planning and accountability. Notes: We focus on mindset, habits, and motivation. We don’t provide clinical nutrition or medical advice. For medical conditions or weight-management plans, please consult a GP or dietitian. Results vary.

Mindshiftr Transformational Pathway $250NZD + GST per week

A 3, 6, or 12-month hypno-coaching journey. We’ll align daily habits with your goals, practise tools between sessions, and review progress regularly. Designed for people who want structure, accountability, and sustainable change. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and engagement.

Mindshiftr Breakthrough Shift $1200NZD + GST.

A concentrated program including three hypnotherapy/coaching sessions plus between-session check-ins (text/WhatsApp) for the program duration. We integrate elements of RTT, Re-Emergence, and neuro-associative techniques to help you shift unhelpful patterns and build confidence and clarity. No guaranteed outcomes. Not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Where relevant, we encourage collaboration with your health providers.

Corporate Mindshiftr Package $P.O.A tailored to your organisation

Workshops plus individual coaching to support attention, stress management, and leadership behaviours. We’ll co-design outcomes, delivery format, and reporting to fit your team and culture.

• Cancellations: Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Changes inside 24 hours may be charged in full.
